From the Chubu airport you can take the Limousine bus to the Nagoya Hilton
Get off the bus at NE4, Nagoya Kanko Hotel. For more information see here

Connection from Nagoya Hilton to Noyori Conference hall
Board at Fushimi Station onto the Higashiyama Line heading towards Fujigaoka.
After 7 stops, at Motoyama Station, transfer to the Meiji line heading Clockwise.
After 1 stop, at Nagoyadaigaku Station, get off the line and exit the station from Exit 2.
Walk following the indications to the Noyori Conference Hall.
